RACI, DACI, RASCI, RAPID.... what's the goal? Let's not spend half the meeting getting everyone aligned on the differences between Accountability and Responsibility - again!
I like the focus on accountability. It appears that if it’s visible to people who aren’t originally the accountable person for that process then does that sort of mean they inherit some accountability? Ie they could see it and if something wasn’t quite right then they should have called it out? Is that how visibility works?
